Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade — What It Is

Tab Trade opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that is a few months old, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is offered for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That should be a good addition once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The speed is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

This is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

That said. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of how you think about it.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you deposit.
